Living in The Hague already means dealing with plenty of Dutch. Getting your sofa cleaned does not have to be one of those things. We deep-clean sofas, carpets, rugs and mattresses at your home, anywhere in the city, and you can arrange it all in English. What we clean at your address
Everything we do is textile, and all of it happens where the furniture already stands. Nobody has to carry a sofa down three flights of stairs in a Hague townhouse.
Sofas and upholstery, from €49.95
A three-seater starts at €49.95. Corner sofas, armchairs and dining chairs are priced per piece, and the fabric decides the method: hot water extraction on woven fabric, a mild cleaner on faux leather, a leather product on leather. The dark shine on the armrests is the usual reason people call.
Carpets and rugs, from €39.95
Fitted carpet, stair carpet and loose rugs start at €39.95. Wool, viscose and deep pile each take a different amount of moisture, so we test a hidden corner first. Rugs stay in the room where they lie.
Mattresses, from €39.95
from €39.95 for a mattress and €24.99 for a child mattress. We work on the bed where it lies and keep the moisture in the ticking and the top layer, so the core stays dry.
Curtains, steamed at the rail
Your curtains stay where they hang. We vacuum the loose dust first and then steam them at the rail, which relaxes the fibre and lifts the smell out. The price depends on the number of metres, so we quote from a photo.
Car interiors, from €99.95 (€119.95 for an SUV or van)
Seats, mats, headliner, dashboard, door panels and boot: €99.95 for a car and €119.95 for an SUV, MPV or van. We clean the car where it stands and bring our own water. Interior only: no exterior wash, no polishing.

How we clean: hot water extraction
Almost everything starts the same way: we vacuum the whole surface first, seams and sides included, because dry dust that gets wet turns into mud, and then we pre-treat the stains and the worn edges.
The third step is hot water extraction, which is what people usually mean by steam cleaning. Warm water with a mild, environmentally friendly cleaner goes into the fibre and comes straight back out in the same movement, with the loosened dirt. Because the water comes back out, little stays behind: drying usually takes a few hours, not a day.
We will not promise you a miracle. Old stains that have dyed the fibre come out lighter rather than gone, and a smell that soaked into the foam of a cushion can survive a cleaning. We would rather say that when you send the photo than after we have packed up.
Moving out: textile cleaning before the inspection
When a landlord walks through a rental in The Hague at the end of a contract, the floor covering and the upholstery are the first things they look at, and the easiest things to hold against your deposit. Three years of hallway carpet shows, and so does one ring on the arm of a furnished sofa.
That textile part is what we do: fitted carpet, stair carpet, loose rugs, the sofa and armchairs that stay with the house, and the mattress. The rest we do not: we are not a maid service, so no kitchen, no bathroom, no windows, no painting and no repairs. A full end of tenancy clean needs a separate company for the hard surfaces and us for the textile.
Book us a few days before the key handover rather than the morning of it: the fabric is normally dry within a few hours, but an empty house in winter dries more slowly. The Hague is home base
We are based in The Hague, so the drive to you is short and a same day appointment is often possible. We work in the whole city and in Scheveningen, where sand and salt find their way into a sofa long after the beach walk is over. Narrow stairs, no lift, paid parking in the centre: we come to your door, so the parking is our problem.

How to book, step by step
1. Send a photo. WhatsApp is quickest: the item, a close-up of any stain, and the rough size. Calling works just as well.
2. You get a fixed price upfront. We normally answer within 1 hour with the full amount, including VAT and the call-out fee, which is €30 at most. No hourly rates, nothing added afterwards.
3. We agree a time. Evenings and weekends are possible by arrangement.

Usually a few hours. Extraction pulls most of the water straight back out, so the fibre is damp rather than wet. Open a window and stay off the fabric until the surface feels dry. If we come in the morning, a sofa or a carpet is normally usable again by the evening.
Do you also come to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Delft?
Yes. The Hague is our base, so Scheveningen, Voorburg, Rijswijk, Delft, Zoetermeer and Leiden are short drives and we can often come the same day. We also drive to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Almere and Breda.
Can you do my end of tenancy cleaning?
We do the textile part of it: fitted carpet, stair carpet, rugs, a sofa or armchair that stays with the house, and the mattress. We are not a maid service: no kitchen, no bathroom, no windows, no painting and no repairs. If the inspection report mentions the carpet or a stain on the upholstery, that is our part.
